Between the Cuts (2017)

Scotty, a rough rugged hitman sets on a mission to destroy his ex mafia employer Big Joe and his gang, while being in conflict with the law. His actions are controlled by a Narrator who seems to love to get him into trouble whenever he can. While fighting his way out of these nasty situations, he must endure as his final challenge is yet to come.
