A Moroccan immigrant celebrates his 50th year as a bellman at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in Manhattan. Jillali Elidrissi - called 'Jim E' by his friends and U.S. Presidents alike - gives a loving tour of the hotel's grand past, unaware that big changes loom in the near future.
