The House Next Door (1999)

A nosy neighbor decides to investigate the recent arrives when she see strange lights and hears unusual sounds in the dead of night coming from their house. The lovely young woman sneaks into the basement and finds a damsel securely bound and muzzled. Before she can escape, a villainess grabs her and forces her to join the other prisoner. Before long they are joined by other abducted women about to be sent overseas to white slavers.
