Members of an Idol group "Houkago Puritei Seitokai" are kidnapped in Akihabara and are enlisted to participate in a webcast game where the talents of the Idols are determined by a general election from the viewers. Each round the winner advances, but the loser will be subjected to humiliation and death. Who shall reign the title of "Number One"?
