Paul Robeson - Seine Kunst ist seine Waffe (1960)

The portrait of the American civil rights activist, freedom fighter, actor and singer has not survived, but the title suggests possible content: to see "art as a weapon" and thus as a political instrument corresponded to the communist art concept. The show was therefore probably about the political motivation of his singing.
