Louhi: The Northern Witch (2017)

A nascent witch, Runoi, is pulled onto a fearsome journey in the outer realms by Louhi, the Empress of the Underwold. The key characters of the Finnish national epic, The Kalevala - warmonger Lemminki, master builder Ilmari and hierophant Väinö - are all guises with respective challenges Runoi adopts along his way to the axis mundi, the meeting point of separate worlds. There, Louhi awaits him.
