In 2230, the human race is almost extinguished. . The humanity destroyed the planet and there is no sign of life or civilization above the water. The whole planet is sunk and the only evidence of human life is in THALASSIA, an underwater Dome shape monitored by Luxor a shabby satellite controlled by other wealthy humans.
