After being dumped by his girlfriend, Darwin, a high-functioning alcoholic, moves into a new apartment. With cheap rent and a prime NYC location, it seems like a pretty good situation, considering the circumstances. But there's a problem -- the previous tenant isn't quite ready to give up his domain. Bigger problem? He died six months ago.
