Niu lang zhi nü (1963)

A Chinese fairy tale, the Queen of Heaven forbids the love between Vega and Altair and punish Altair to be mortal as Niu Lang. Vega sneaks down to the earth and lives with Niu Lang happily before the Queen finds out.
