Fantasy (2019)

We see Nina (Cerris Morgan-Moyer) shaving her legs in a bathtub as her husband, Norman, walks in. Norman bends down to kiss her and we see one of her bare breast. Nothing graphic.

Nina and Norman visit a sex therapist. A series of wooden frames has been constructed and Nina steps behind them fully nude. At various times her breasts and pubic area are visible.

We see Norman and Nina engaging in rear entry sex. No nudity shown and not really graphic.

The film revolves around a couple who see an unconventional sex therapist to try to fix problems with their marriage. Throughout the film, there is discussion of sexual interest, activities, body parts, and fetished. The dialog is usually more nearly clinical than vulgar. Full female nudity occurs several times, male nudity is briefer. Some sexual activity is depicted. Brief actual explicit sexual activity is seen, but in low contrast and somewhat distorted due to the viewing circumstances.

Various sex acts mentioned but using clinical rather than obscene language.

Some emotional intensity occurs when one of the main characters is persuaded to discuss their sexual interests.
