With Neighbors Like These (2016)

Marty is a misanthrope who has recently been released from therapy. He returns home to his city apartment, trying to acclimate back into a normal life. A music lover, Marty tries his best to relax to the sounds of classical music, only to find that his new downstairs neighbor also has a taste for music, though not the kind Marty likes. Having reached his breaking point, Marty decides that the only way to be able to listen to his music in peace is to kill his neighbor.
