Mediators (2015)

Alexandra Grant took a job as a mediator to save money for her family. But when Felix Parker takes her under his wing and begins to trainer her, Alex begins to realize being a mediator is a lot different from what she expected. Employees are told to cause trouble, as with more trouble comes more clients willing to pay for a mediator. The job is difficult at first, but Alex starts to change under the pressures of her new job. Felix is the only one who might be able to save her, but he's the worst mediator of them all.
