The police detective Marcus gets the mission to find the theft behind a super secret portal gun. He ends up getting kidnapped and wakes up captive by the terrorist organization GLaDOS with a deadline of 5 Minutes to save his kidnapped wife (Amanda) from a lethal toxic poison.
