Mariana (2017)

Mariana is a transgender woman who has to resort to prostitution to be able to afford her sex-reassignment surgery. Her brother ("Manotas"), is an alcoholic addicted to betting. He pimps her and keeps most of the money. Things get complicated when "Manotas" cannot pay a debt to "Sick Man", a violent individual.
