Abandon (2007)

Angela (Ashley Sheehan) has the same insecurities as most young women, her worst fears including her boyfriend's (Josh Winter) unfaithfulness, the potential onset of hereditary health issues, being held against her own will. When her path intersects that of an evil spirit at an abandoned inner-city junkyard, Angela is plunged into this nightmarish state where her worst fears come true. Trapped in an abandoned hospital and questioning whether this is reality or a dream, the only way to escape seems to be via the most tragic method imaginable.
