A woman is punched on the face by a man. She has blood flowing down from her nose. Quite a bit disturbing, unexpected and graphic.

A woman gets stabbed in her abdomen by another woman during their intercourse. It's quite graphic and unexpected as well. The lacerated wound is also visible for a short amount of time.

The overall tone of this film is quite depressing, dark and upsetting (not so unconventional for a horror film).
