Did you ever think what really happens when a new year arrives? You probably didn't know that in the world of time the years have to take some serious interviews and are appointed through very tough procedures and that they have pass some tests in order to be the 'new year'. In this film we present their obstacles, their desires, and how it affects humans down in earth.. Or does it? ;)
