With the xray of female pelvic region camera focuses on it and camera slowly goes down on the image~ you can see the lips of the vagina clearly visible/detail. Also it isn't skin colored.. but the parted lips are quite graphic/detailed.

Two women are in their bathing suits floating in a pool.

Woman unbuttons her shirt to try to seduce and later unbuttons more in a later scene (you'll be able to see part of her bra at this point) and she asks if the man likes tits.

The aftermath of a castration in the first ten minutes. It's covered by a sheet, but blood is seen on the sheet, and some bloody napkins are seen in a trash bin.
