Homecoming (2016)

A Kannada film Marali Manege (homecoming) is based on a novel by the same name written by Yogesh Master. Love is greater than adamant and relationship is superior to clashes. Vishwa works in a hotel after turned back to his home. He falls in love with Padma and tries to attract her. Later he knows that she's waiting for her love, a childhood buddy, Anand's return. Vishwa respects her feelings and subsided his own. Anand's mother Lalitamma and father Shamanna, Padma's mother Parvati bai and father Mannoji rao too known people to Vishwa now. All they have regards to his helping nature. The young Anand and Manohar stole a metal lamp-stand to get sweet, which was most liked by Padma. The fathers consider this theft is serious and kids run away to escape from punishment and they never turned back. Thus Lalitamma and Parvati Bai remain waiting for their sons to return and worship Mother Earth for the welfare of their children living somewhere. There is an unknown youth who fallows Padma creates panic in the family. Later they come to know that he is Manohar who ran away long back. He says that Anand was not with him since they got separated. Meanwhile, Lalitamma finds Anand, and he is afraid of his father. She tries both father and son to reunite. Her deep love for her son presents out. Later she accepts reality and live peacefully their after. Witnessing all these Vishwa documents in his novel, Marali Manege.
