EnActing Change (1999)

Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 came into effect from 2000. In 1999, the Department of Community Services commissioned this production as a way of assisting with the transition from the previous Act to this new Act; using a combination of interviews and dramatizations.
