Rotting Rage (2018)

Her older brother died of a Heroin overdose in 1994. Years later, she's a "Source Scavenger" for her Investigative Reporter friend, Elliot. Set out to gather info on corrupt practices, Lydia Bleddyn finds herself involved in bloody chaos. In turn, she learns more about her brother's overdose and an unorthodox experiment on heroin addicts. Given the new threat, she's armed and ready for battle.
