Three Pans at the Fair (1991)

A man puts his arm in between a busty woman's clothed breasts, and drags out a bag of money. The woman appears to find it pleasant just at the moment. This scenario is very uncommon for a children's animated film, and would normally be unacceptable in such cartoons.

By all three animated short in the "Tri panka" trilogy, this is the one that has the least slapstick content.
