We see the breasts of a deceased transgender woman.

A half-naked young man holds his basketball shorts up with one hand as the other hand digs into his crotch to wipe it with his shirt. He gives the shirt to a transgender male who puts it near his nose to smell it.

From time to time, transgender characters discuss about having female body parts. Breasts, vagina and penis are mentioned.

The lead characters ends up in a hospital after feeling some discomfort in her rear. It is later revealed that this is a result of her previous sexual encounter. We do not see the bruise itself.

The lead character's father is not accepting of her sexuality/being a transgender woman and is violent towards her.

A scene wherein the lead character plans to have birds come out of her cape during a pageant. When she does this, however, the birds have already suffocated underneath her costume. This sequence plays comically, however.

Many cuss words like F-bombs and slangs for genitals.

Cigarette and alcohol consumption spread throughout the film.
