Hidamari ga kikoeru (2017)

Kohei has hearing problems and is a loner, most of the time trying to avoid contact with people because he's misunderstood. One day, by chance, he meets the outgoing Taichi who will be his note taker in exchange for meals and between them friendship will grow and then develop into romantic feelings.
