Van Leeuwen is a dentist who is respected by noone. He has no authority over his patients, and his rebellious teenage daughter ridicules him at every turn.In the same town, there's Kowalski: a dignified and respectable dentist, who is fully embraced by the community. And therefore Van Leeuwen hates him with every fibre of his being. When Van Leeuwen picks up a rumor that his daughter is dating his archnemesis' son, he starts to lose grip on his reality. Slowly he starts drifting into his own madness.
