While exploring a remote Yaqui cultural site that may contain historical significance to the early 16th Century explorations of Spaniard Cabeza de Vaca, a joint anthropological/archaeological team from the University of Texas finds unexpected supernatural forces, horror and death in the desert of Northern Mexico.
