Several visual references to rape with children.

There is one kissing scene lasts for two seconds

Extended disturbing scenes of people getting choked, blown up, burned, impaled, stabbed, slashed, shot, and bitten.

A man's head is graphically seen getting pulped with a shovel

The character stabs another character and is then stabbed with a machete.

A man has his eyes gouged out in graphic detail. The camera does not cut away or flinch from this. Easily the most graphic moment of violence in the film.

A man's face is destroyed by a shovel, we can see some of it happen on screen and it is extremely graphic.

a woman gets her head bashed a few times with a hammer (but this happens offscreen we do not see the actual impact) only some blood but not on screen long

A man is killed off screen (right before the scene cuts it is implied that the man with will have his head smashed with a hammer) (but we only see the hammer move towards his head in a manner as if he is about to get bashed but the scene cuts implying he was killed)

The violence is much more intense than the first film

Not unlike the first film, this one is creepy and wildly gory. Lots of brutal killing, stabbing, slicing, blood sprays, choking and more.

Extremely bloody and graphic violence throughout the film including shootings, people being slashed and stabbed with knives, heavy beatings and batterings with objects and weapons as well as people being set on fire. There is an extended scene of eye-gouging with extremely graphic amounts of blood.

A dog is killed offscreen but the implication is very brutal.

A person's arm is hacked off by another person to protect themself. This scene is extremely graphic, gory and long.

A man's mouth is sealed shut with superglue. A screwdriver is shoved into his cheek and he then uses a shard of glass to cut away the glue between his lips. This scene has a lot blood and disgusting gore.

There is lots of gore shown in the aftermath of violence graphically.

18 uses of "fuck" (some used sexually) and other mild uses of "bitch".

Multiple references to cooking meth and of drug dealers.

A child is heavily threatened and sustained throughout the entire film.

A lot more violent and gory then the first film
