Don't Go In (2017)

Gary Andrews (Daniel Annerl) a surveyor on-site with his partner Jake (Dana A. Bailey), surveys an apartment complex due to be demolished. Having no belief in the supernatural he comes across a room with a light flickering. Shortly after he is attacked, his life forever changed by the experience of that unfateful room.
