Short Cut (2004)

THE SHORT CUT reveals the harsh and unforgiving reality refugees face as they journey between borders in search of a promised freedom that some say lies on the streets of Johannesburg, the famed city of gold. A Zimbabwean refugee is forced to abandon his brother in an illegal gold mine operating with slave labour, to survive the life threatening journey to free his brother our hero must place his trust in the human trafficker who sold them into the mine.
