The latter half of the film has frequent scenes of peril around the life-threatening nature of the voyage. These are not overly dramatized, and most of the film maintains an upbeat style.
A character falls asleep and falls from a great height. They awaken while sliding and scramble for their life. Not too graphic, but jarring.
An air balloon is buffeted by a storm, launching people from its basket. This is filmed in a frenetic style and is a tense moment that could scare young viewers with its combination of thunder, lightening and peril.
