A man and woman are shown fully nude taking turns licking each other's anus. This is shown from the side, so we don't see anal contact, just head movement, and no gore is visible. Breasts are seen, but no genitals. Afterward they lie down face up, his genitals and her breasts fully visible, her genitals mostly hidden. This scene lasts nearly a minute.

There are a couple of brief sex scenes with a man behind a woman thrusting loudly and vigorously, without nudity. One of these occurs in public to mixed reactions. Other scenes show kissing with tongues very close up.

The plot of this movie centers on anuses, on heterosexual anal intercourse and oral-anal fetishes, on sexually transmitted diseases, and on drug use. Activity, description, and conversation related to these matters recur throughout the film, usually in explicit and vulgar terms.

A feces-covered woman seen from the front may appear nude but is wearing flesh-colored clothing over breasts and genitals, so no private parts are seen.

Gross, brownish, crusty (and presumably exaggerated) herpes sores are seen on a penis (see Sex & Violence, above). They are also seen on characters' faces, covering increasing areas as the film progresses. Close up views are common.

Brown feces are seen several times, gooey, slimy, or wet. A woman is shown partially covered in it over her entire body. Two people unexpectedly vomit feces at a restaurant.

"Asshole" in the literal sense of "anus" occurs regularly. "Fuck" is heard often, mostly casually, a few times in anger, and a couple of times in the sexual sense. Other that that, there are very infrequent uses of "bitch", "pussy", "dick", and "shit" (the latter sometimes literally.)

Drug use -- including bongs, but primarily inhalants ("poppers", amyl nitrate) -- plays a huge role in this film. The potential for shared tools to spread STDs is dramatized. A person who wishes to remain sober is led astray. We see excessive drug use result in hallucinations and erratic, obnoxious public behavior. Long-term usage causes decreased sensitivity to the drugs, which results in a desire for ever-stronger doses. Eventually, serious physiological effects occur. (This is portrayed in a comic-horror manner.)

The modern (2017) younger persons' dating paradigm that requires being drunk to hook up is discussed. Also, getting high is portrayed as one solution to emotional distress.
