Return of the Teenage Werewolf (1959)

Shambling down an alley way, Tony Rivers (played by Don Glut) is harassed by Vandals' gang members. Defending himself, he transforms into the Teenage Werewolf, killing them all. Rivers then attacks one of their girlfriends (played by Donna Lungren). Two other Vandals' gang members rescue the girl and then give chase in their car. They eventually run him over, with Rivers apparently dead.
