The Blind Photographer (2017)

Frank is a busy high profile fashion photographer constantly moving up in his career. . When his divorced wife fails to pick up their eleven year old son, Benjamin, at the agreed time, Frank finds himself stuck between a job with a tight deadline and taking care of his only son. Frank decides that his work comes first and he leaves Benjamin behind while also ignoring some strange anomalies with his vision. His sight starts going blurry and as he is rushing to the job he gets hit by a passing car. The hard impact causes his Retina to detach and after multiple surgeries Frank ends up completely blind. Struggling with his new dependence on others he finds himself embittered and out of place in his unnecessarily big city house. Loneliness starts to take over, broken up only by his son Benjamin. Slowly, the two of them redevelop a timid relationship until they even start taking photographs together.
