Son Rise (2016)

Lukwago is a boy from the village who is very bright and excels in school. But when he and his two younger sisters are kicked out because their alcoholic father neglected to pay their school fees, Lukwago must assume the role of man of the house, take care of his family and figure out a way for he and his siblings to continue their education. But with the situation of his irresponsible (and often abusive) father weighing heavily upon him, Lukwago must decide whether he will allow the circumstances to make or break him.
