A Man from the South of the City (1970)

Ehtesham wants to get back his cabaret from Atash (Foruzan) who has rent it from him. He sends his nephew Hamid who is a lawyer to get it back but Hamid falls in love with Atash who herself is in love with Hadi (Fardin). This makes her do a difficult choice between the two suitors.
