Euphoria (2017)

A woman is found nude on her bathroom floor having passed out; nudity includes her breasts. They are deformed showing scarring, presumably from radiation, chemotherapy or mastectomies. Woman bathes her nude sister in the bathtub; no explicit nudity.

Sister describes a threesome she had with a man and his girlfriend including cunnilingus and rear-entry sex. Man in wheelchair tells woman that he'd like to sleep with her. She admits she is shy about her scarred body. He says he's not capable of intercourse and considers her very beautiful. In a bedroom, he sits next to her and they begin kissing. No nudity. They are then seen under covers in bed as he goes to perform cunnilingus. She gasps and shudders.
