Musical Romance. Dorrie, a 30 year-old American writer, travels to Paris to petition the French government for a license to legally marry her fiancé who passed away years earlier. The only problem is that the French official in charge of authorizing so-called "ghost marriages" is also looking to get married...to Dorrie.
