Voyeur (2016)

Jen is a surveillance expert who specializes in full 24-hour coverage. She is bored by the banality and predictability of her subject Chloe. Eventually Chloe eventually breaks routine causing Jen to make the choice between self preservation and morality, until the hierarchy of the operation is revealed.
