Zero by Zero (2014)

Peter, a film director, starts denying his own identity in the trauma he faces after accidentally killing his wife, an actress, in the car crash. He lands into an insane asylum where psychologist is trying to get him to accept himself. As the film progresses we come to know that things are more complex than they are appearing.
