Jack and Claire have sex in a scene. It starts with Jack on top of Claire, kissing her. She is seen in a lingerie and he is bare-chested. Claire then gets on top of Jack, kisses him and unbuckles his belt. She then takes off her lingerie, revealing her bare breasts. She then straddles him for a while, but Jack quickly hallucinates as if she's covered in blood while scratching him. The scene ends with a blood-covered Claire straddling Jack.

Claire's breasts are seen for an extended period of time post-coitus.
