Sublet (2007)

WALTER is lonely. He is 71 and has no friends. Every morning he goes through the same monotonous routine, until today when his phone rings. Someone asks him about 'the apartment', it's a wrong number, someone was looking for a sublet. But it gives him an idea... ?a fake ad.
