A strange force arises as a man, known only by the alias of "Claw", creates a device called "The Geo" that can give him whichever power he desires. Claw, always being a fan of fire as a child, uses it as his power of choice. Number 9, a Secret Agent for a Secret Service, is allocated to track down the man and bring him to his knees.
