Ojalá

Based on actual events: Ojalá takes place in the 1960's and explores a time when the cultural phenomenon of Mexican nanny-maids was a home staple to the affluent white children they cared for. This is a journey of two such women. Both jilted by the men they love and forced to live lives not of their choosing. Together, they form a deep connection and tend to Hope, the little girl that unknowingly will determine their fate.
