The Witch's Gauntlet (2016)

After suffering from a devastating family loss, Chess sets out on a three day journey to distract her mind, with long time friend, Reyga, and her boyfriend Lanz. They are all headed, during the hottest days of summer no less, to Reyga's great uncle's house in the woods, but are soon greeted by the eerie Sandalio and his surrogate cousin, Kyle. Chess struggles to survive dealing with the beating sun, two sociopaths, and her obnoxious friends, then again she was looking for a distraction.
