Dread (2016)

After a mysterious virus broke out which causes people to turn into flesh eating Parasites, two survivors are traveling to a city to get vaccinated. Sebastian will do what ever it takes to protect Rue, but after the sudden death of her father, Rue suspects there is more to the story Sebastian's not telling her.
