There is a flashback scene featured in the film depicting the aftermath of what appears to have been an orgy party. In the scene, a group of men and women are depicted in a drunken state and various states of undress as they lie languidly around the room with nudity confined to back or side view of the topless women.

Adapted from an original play 'French Kiss', the film 'Heaven in the Dark' revolves around the relationship between Marco, a pastor who is also the head of a charitable organization, and his colleague, Michelle, who files a law suit against him, accusing him of molest after they share a moment of intimacy in his car.
