Me, Myself and Her (2011)

Soon after being accepted into a college in Brighton, Darren's girlfriend is killed in a hit and run which forces him into a state of depression. Now seeing his girlfriend everywhere, he is haunted by his inability to save her and must make the decision as to whether he's mentally fit to go to college or not.
