Inspired by The 120 Days of Sodom, the erotic novel of the French nobleman, philosopher, politician, and writer, Marquis de Sade, controversial Greek director Dimitris Kollatos' banned film is a caustic satirical remark on authority and church. With this in mind, Dimitris Kollatos is bent on exposing hypocrisy in the ranks of well-paid physicians and the clergy of early 1980s Greece.
