Flashbacks to a car accident scene shown throughout. A man with a bloodied face is shown in the path of an oncoming semi truck. Bloody car accident victims are pulled from a vehicle. A bloody hand is shown against a car window. Screaming is heard from inside the vehicle.

Two f-words, a couple of uses of damn, and a use of G--damn.

The entire movie is essential a series of flashbacks to various events, including accident scenes and attacks. These scenes are often bloody. The main character is afraid much of the movie.
