The Devil Lives in Clarksville County, is a dark tale of a quiet little town engulfed in the midst of an ongoing serial killer investigation. When two local police officers decide to go rogue to make a name for themselves, they reluctantly bring along an eager young news reporter and her cameraman. Together they enter into a place where pure madness is born. They discover there is more than a simple psychopath on the loose, in fact the stakes couldn't be higher.
